GARAGE DOOR OFF TRACK
This happens quite a bit. For example, someone leaves an obstruction too close to the garage door and it inadvertently falls over into the track and as the door is on its way down the obstruction halts the doors downward progress causing the it to become off balance and ultimately come off it's track. We fix that.
BROKEN SPRING

Most torsion springs last seven to ten years and with most home owners, as well as, some businesses with this type of torsion set up, the existing spring was there when you moved in. We'll replace your broken spring and make sure it calabrated to your door. We'll make sure your door is perfectly balanced after the spring replacement to ensure proper operation of your door.
COMMERCIAL ROLL UP DOOR
We also service and install commercial roll up doors and operators. We replace damaged slats or even the entire door, if necessary. We're also available 24 hours a day seven days a week. Can't get the door down at the end of the day, call us anytime. We'll help secure your door for the evening and return to do a thorough repair. We totally work around your schedule.
AUTOMATIC GARAGE DOOR OPENER
There are a wide variety of automatic garage door openers on the market for all types of doors. But most homeowners or businesses may not know that most automatic garage door openers can be repaired internally without the expensive cost of a new garage door opener or commercial operator. Whatever the case may be we will provide you the right motor for your specific need.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
We carry most replacement parts. And we make sure that the parts you need are new. We will always show our client what part was needed and explain why. No job is altered without prior approval from the client. We will only recommend replacing certain parts if we think it will make your door operate more smoothly.
